I need to disengage the locking mechanism on my sliding door. It sounds like it unlatches but will not open. HELP PLEASE!

You will need to remove the inside panel from the inside of van to access the cables/linkage to see if they are disconnected, try opening from the inside button, also check lock mechanism to see if it is unlocking both electrically and manually. If you slammed real hard you may have done something to the latch.

Has the exhaust ( catalytic converter) been check for proper flow? I would try a test pipe to by-pass converter and see if that helps. You used to be able to buy them, but a good exhaust shop can make one pretty quick, and then try it.

Sliding doors bottom slider wheels are out of track, but top and middle track wheels are still in place. how can I get the rollers back in the track without braking or taking the door completely apart?

if you check out the track, It actually has a slot part way down, that the wheels can slide back into, Not sure how the 99 wheels mount, but the 97 you can loosen them from the underside of the door, for a little extra play

My brake rotors are stuck because of rust how should i get them off?

theres pullers but theres costy, the best way is to spray WD-40 and let it sit for a min, then with a mallet smack them little by little turning the rotor al ittle at time and theyll loosen up. if youre not plaing on reusing them again then use a hammer. haha thats the way my crew get them out.

How do you remove the wiper arm on a 94 Dodge Ram 1500? The arm will not fully extend with the hood open or closed but maybe that doesn't matter. Can't get to the wiper motor without removing the arms to...

throw a grenade at it and hopefully the arms will fly off, whatever happened to a nut on a threaded flange to hold wipers on. No wonder imports own the market.

Trouble removeing the fuel filter

You need what's called a "fuel line disconnect tool". It's held in place by a spring, and the tool slides in the opening to release the spring. Harbor freight sells sets of them for about $15.00. Other than that, you would need something to wrap around your fuel line, and slide into the opening to release the spring.
