The Internet will generate the proper fuse box diagram and location chart. You need to ask a search engine to find your vehicle fuse box and legend for it. Auto zone has a help site but the free area is often harder to get info from. But color wiring layouts and fuse diagrams can be seen there.
The first thing is to check the fuse and if thats sokay then check the horns they may be bad, if you use a testlight and have someone push on the horn button and see if theres power to it, if theres power then the horns are bad if theres no power and the fuse is good then you may have a bad horn relay or a problem with the horn buttons or a wire in the steering column, okay lets start with the fuse location, the fuse box is located on the leftside of the dash behind the trim panel, i have enclosed the fuse box diagram and circled the horn fuse which is in location #14 and is a 20amp fuse, take note that the horn fuse is the same as the lighter and glovebox light and power antenna, so if those things are working its not the fuse but you can check it anyway, the horn relay is located on the pass/side of the dash to the right of the glove box under the dash, there you will see a relay box with alot of relays, the horn relay is slot # 2, i enclosed a diagram of its location and the relay spot, hope this is helpful .goodluck.
THE HORN AND THE GEAR SELECTOR PANEL LIGHT NOT WORKING IS MOST LIKELY BLOWN FUSES. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LOCATE THOSE FUSES VIA YOUR OWNERS MANNUAL. THERE ARE DIAGRAMS AND LISTINGS OF FUSES AND ACCESSORIES FOR YOUR ENTIRE CAR. PULL THE FUSES INDICATED AND REPLACE THEM.
IF THE "NOISY LOCK" LOCKS, THE RELAY TO ENGAGE THAT LOCK MAY BE "STICKY", MEANING ITS STAYS ON LONGER THAN NEEDED. IF IT DOESNT LOCK, THERE MAYBE SOMETHING BLOCKING THE LOCKING MECHANISM BEHIND THE DOOR COVER.
Your fuse box is located on the driver side under the dash board. Up above where your brake and gas pedal are located. There should be a plastic cover that can be snapped off to reveal all of your fuses and on the inside of this plastic cover there should be a diagram of the fuses that are in use.
Horn circuit is protected with a CIRCUIT BREAKER, NOT by a fuse, located on one of the fuse panels under the hood, or inside the car. The fuse box covers are marked. Hope this helps
