Check engine light showing on idling with higher cranky sound within the top cylinder.

Take it back to the shop that did the work. It should run completely fine.

Please any suggestion ? 98' V8 5.2 ; Won't turn after highway run ! Either left or right,cranky noise , shaking ,strong vibration from the front wheels.BUT; when is cooling down -after 30 min.

I suggest that you check your front CV joints. It is common for the boots to tear, allowing the grease to leak out. Lack of lubrication, dirt and moisture destroys the joint. You can purchase a remanufactured shaft ready to install at some part stores. I have a '93 Grand Cherokee with 220,000 miles, and over its life, I have replaced both sides twice. Good luck!

Convertible top doesn't open all the way

first let the system cool down if you try to open it and it was blocked by those hats because the hydraulic system have some thermal sensors .if after 30 minutes is still not working check the level of hydraulic oil (not the one from the steering ) i must be somewhere in the back of your car depending the model .U can also try to help a little with your hand but don`t apply extreme force ,just help it on the move especially on the last part where is not working well

Engine surges up and down and dies repeatedly unless i elcellerate immediatly and continue to excellerate for a whil. most times then it will continue to run but not always. have already replaced plugs...

I'm sorry to hit you with this...but it sounds like your "PCM" powertrain control getting cranky...and may need to be replaced soon...They can be quite pricey...but the car will not operate properly without it...Sometimes...when they start to go bad...the car will act up for a will run good for a while....then act up again...but one will go out completely...and when the car runs...the idle will go up and down out of control...start to spit and sputter...and then...won't start at all....My suggestion...get it diagnosed by an honest mechanic...You don't want the computer to go out on you on the road....word to the wise....GET IT DIAGNOSED>>>>ASAP>>>I hope this was helpful.....PEACE....

I can not stop my car from dinging every time I put on the breaks. The sensor for the top is flashing but i know the top is closed. I need to find someone that knows how to disconnect the wire.

There should be a drain tube on both sides of the windshield. Either a guitar string or stripped copper wire down the tube will usually clear a block.

How do I remove a headlight in my 2008 Beetle to change bulb

Open hood at fender well you will see black lever, lift this lever to the top of the slot the light assembly is loose pull the whole thing out from the front. You may have to jiggle it around a bit but it comes out as one piece then you can change the light. When you put it back it is kinda cranky but it will go then lower the lever.

2007 Hyundai Santa Fe - Replacing fog light

hi have not had pleasure of this on santa fe yet? but will try to help dependant of which side o/s or n/s ? i would first remove the screws holding the front of the under engine plastic cover/shield and drop down sufficient to gain view/access? to the rear of fog lamp then if a cover is on? try turning anti clock to remove? or if rubber cover pull off? then the bulb and clip should be visible? unplug the wire from bulb then the spring clip holding bulb in place normally just sring the 2x top ends together and swing down/clear to remove bulb? refit new bulb correctly! pay attention to position old bulb positioned? then clip securely and re connect wire at this stage it would be best to ensure bulb works ?? before you re assemble all else? wish you luck and hope this helps with your problem ?

the shocks are held up with 2 nuts. one on top and on the button.
Do you have a sring compressor???? if you don't I sugguest that you take the pro. and get them do it.
if you are careful on change the spring, it can kill you.
