The cover does not tell you which fuse is which, Ford had the brilliant ide to number the fuses, look in your owners manual and it will tell you which is which, you can also use a test light to check all the fuses, it takes about 2 minute

I have a 2010 ford f150xl pickup truck looking for the fuse panel box trying to find where the horn, backup lights fuse are at in the panel

The Internet will generate the proper fuse box diagram and location chart. You need to ask a search engine to find your vehicle fuse box and legend for it. Auto zone has a help site but the free area is often harder to get info from. But color wiring layouts and fuse diagrams can be seen there.

How to fix horn not working

push on the horn pad. you should hear a click sounds. if you do then the circuit from the fuse to the horn pad and out to the horn relay is good. next check the horn itself with a test light. with someone pushing on the horn pad the test light should light up with it connected. make sure you have a good ground connection with the test light. if the it lights up replace the horn it is bad.

2004 ford windstar, the airbag light is on and the horn will not work

As far as the horn, check for a blown fuse, if fuse is ok, locate the horn underneath the hood, check for power at the horn while someone else is pushing the horn. If you have battery voltage at the horn while someone else is pushing the horn, chances are you have a bad horn. Airbag light, check front impact sensors for damage or corrosion, unhook negative battery cable before touching the frontal impact sensors, Good luck, Gary

My horn does not work. I press the horn, but all i hear is a click in the fuse box. Checked the fuse and it is good. I bought it from a auction and had problems with the alarm and locking because i didnt...

If the horn fuse ( Fuse #26 ) is installed and has power on both sides of the fuse, you might want to check that the horn connector is still on the horns.

The horn relay is not serviceable in the fuse panel.

You can test the horn connector for power, the Yellow w/ Light Green wire, when the horn button is pressed.

Horn wont work.i check the fuse in the door and

Maybe horn became unplugged. Put 12 v power to horn make sure horn works. Put test light on terminal on horn have someone press the horn button, if light comes on and horn does not blow you may need new horn. if light does not come on you may have bad contact at horn button, blown fuse, broken wire, bad horn relay or possibly just a bad ground.

Brake lights

If fuse keep blowing, then it is a short. If fuse does not blow, then it is a broken line in the brake light wires, follow the wires down to the fuse. Buy a tester, which costs couple of dollars, to test were is power and were not.
