there should be a cap that you can pop off with a key or small flat screwdriver next to the shift indicator next to the shift lever. lift the cap off and insert your key into the key hole you should be able to shift the lever now if the problem persists take your vibe into the dealer.

have to shift out of park engine off key on and their will be a pin or screw on the front side of gear shifter

SOURCE: oil pressure gauge pegged at120
Your gage is electronic I take it, buy or borrow a regular gauge and test it again. If the pressure is indeed 120PSI your oil filter is about to blow the cover off itself. This issue is most often caused by a stuck pressure relief valve on the oil pump. And indicates replacement is necessary.

you have to go under the bumper and and look behind then look for the back of the lightbalb connection. if you see that. pull on it carefully. if rusted, spray some wd forty on it but make sure you dont get the wires with the wd forty

Although there a several possibilities, the most likely is that your vacuum modulator. It could be bad or the vacuum line could be disconnected. It is possible you might have another vacuum leak that is causing you to have to little vacuum to run the modulator.
Any other possiblities would require more info or even hands on to diagnose.

• The 3-4 shift valve (362) or the 4-3 manual downshift valve (360) is stuck or binding.
• Debris is found in the passages of the control valve body (301) or of the control valve body spacer plate and gasket assembly (396)
Case Cover Assembly
Distortion or damage occurs at the manual valve (404) or at the case cover (401), causing PRN oil leak.
Driven Sprocket Support Assembly
A plugged third clutch oil passage in the driven sprocket support assembly (609)
Fourth Clutch Assembly
• The clutch plates (500-502) are worn, damaged, or misassembled.
• A missing or not seated fourth clutch spring retaining ring (601)
