CAN torque interface fault. It means you have either a toque management system (traction control) problem—sometimes just a dirty or bad wheel speed sensor—or a wiring or computer problem.

The antilock light is 0n and stays on. We tried vehicle speed sensor and did not do anything. Would torque converter clutch be the problem.

I somehow don't think the torque converter lock-up facility would be a guilty party.

When the ABS light is on the system will require a code read, the fault rectifying and then the codes removing from the memory and possibly default values being restored.

Once the fault or faults have been rectified and the fault memory cleared the light should extinguish.
