Check the positive side of the battery for a burnt fusible link. It looks like a wire but when it's over loaded if burns in half. Look at the pos. battery side of the starter solonoid you'll see a few of them there. Check your ignition module as well. This controls the coil and distributor and is mounted to the driver side inner fender.

hi ted , the grey wire at the fuel pump goes to the fuel pump relay , and the relay gets its power from the ECM B fuse 20 amps , located in the underhood fuse relay center , when you tested for power , how did you do the test ? a test light at the grey wire while someone was cranking the motor ? i'm looking for a fix ya vote , so if finding your fuse doesn't solve your problem comment back before voting and i will help you , thanks .

SOURCE: Fuel pumps will not run!
Hey lets try this ! Locate your starter solenoid & look for a yellow wire marked with a "W" . That may be the fusible link for fuel pump. Let me know what you find.
