Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
You need to put a scanner on the diagnostic link and see what the code is. Depending on the mileage on the truck you may have a catalytic converter that is plugged. If you remove the 02 sensor ahead of the cat. the truck should start and run, it will run rough but it should start and run and continue to run.
