My truck will not start I replaced the air idle control motor because I was told it was sticking I was able to start the truck after several attempts. The following day the truck would not start at all. You can hear the fuel pump, also had the fuel filter replaced still the not starting. Now I am being told it is the fuel regulator, not sure ?

You need to check the fuel pressure before you spend more $$ on a new regulator. it should be about 60psi give or take.
one thing you can try is to pinch off the return line and see if it runs if so its the reg.
hope this helped you out
PS the pressure gauge is about 20 to 25$ and will just screw on the fuel rail and you should have one with a bleed off so you can check flow

99 Chevy suburban code #1 c0310, #2 c0323, #3 91...it just had an engine replacement and does start idles smooth at first but as it warms up it gets rougher w a little shake

Those codes are for your 4X4
C0310 is for Motor A/B Circuit Open
C0323 is for T-Case Lock Circuit Low

Check the wiring harness for loosness or possible broken wires. or dirt in the connectors. These codes should have no affect on how the engine runs.

I have a 99 chevy tahoe 4x4 with the 5.7. after setting four three weeks i tried to start it and the engine starts and go right off. ny mechanic said it was the fuel filter because it was only 40lbs so he...

if it were a key security issue you would have a code set. If no code then I would suspect another cause. Try this when it shuts off and doesnt start. Press the pedal about 10 percent and try to start it. If it will stay running only with 10 percent or more pedal I would suspect a sticking Idle Air Control Valve.
Hope this helps.

I have a 1995 Chevy Suburban K1500 with a 350 4x4, when I start it runs good. When I put it in gear and let idle it wants to die for the first couple or miles and then it's fine. I have changed the plugs,...

I would look at the timing belt if it's never been replaced. Sounds like it is having issues under a load or the tensioner isn't working properly. Another possible issue could be a vacum component that isn't functioning properly until the engine and transmission get wormed up.

99 suburban missing only at idle

Hello;
Have you checked the fuel pressure? You may have a sticking fuel regulator, causing too much fuel at idle. Since it works fine off idle and cruise I would look there.
Thanks;

Front heater fan control switch gets hot and melts. Why?

this is an easy one, the blower motor is drawing to much current, this happens as they wear out, replace the blower motor aNd all will be well in chevy land.
