How to access 1995 crown victoria fuel pump

The fuel pump is attached to the fuel tank on these models. It will be necessary to drop the fuel tank to gain access to it.
  1. Disconnect the battery
  2. Remove the the fuel tank flange and bolts supporting the tank
  3. Carefully lower the tank (this is much easier if the tank is empty as the tank can be very heavy)
  4. Remove all the fuel lines and connectors
You now have access to the fuel pump.
If you want to be unconventional about it you could access it by cutting through your trunk to get at it. Just be careful not to puncture any vital parts.

Car trouble

P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Malfunction.
The fuel level sensor is in the gas tank. Get a Haynes or Chilton Manual to see how to access the tank. You might get lucky and there will be access under the back seat. Otherwise, the gas tank has to come out to get access. The tank and fuel pump are an integrated assembly.

1993 Eurovan - how do you access the fuel pump?

I think you have to remove the driver's seat. There should be a round plate that opens right above the gas tank to allow access into the tank. Otherwise you can just drop the tank but the wiring is pretty short and the tank had better be empty. The access plate is far easier.
