How to get bolts out of a torque converter on a 99 Nissan quest

Where is the torque converter? Transmission installed in car?
If so there is often an access plate on the bottom of the bell housing to get the bolts off with an open end or box wrench. If the access plate is on the top you often have to pull the engine/transmission, release the TC bolts, then split the trans from the engine to replace the torque converter.
If you've broken the bolts and there are stubs in the TC you can try to drill them out and use an EZ-out bolt remover. OR just replace the TC.

Now tighten bolts to a torque of 30-35 ft lbs. I forgot dont let the alignment tool sag as you tighten up cover make sure this tools slides in and out easily once done replace release bearing and inspecting transmission front collar for wear if bad replace collar release bearing has a groove inside of it make sure that it is full of grease. apply a thin coat very thin to shaft. remove the beer cans from under truck and install in reverse order . good luck if this is your first clutch it will take a weekend.

E30 clutch replacement

Drop the drive shaft, tranny cross member, transmission and bell housing. Remove the clutch pressure plate and disc and get new set. Use a pilot/clutch alignment tool in the crank shaft pilot bearing/bushing to center the disc and put the new pressure plate on and torque it down. Then put the bell housing, transmission, cross member, and drive shaft back in, and your done.

Flex plate makes a noise

The flex plate may be cracked and this is causing it to hit the starter drive or other point inside the bell housing. Remove the transmission and replace the flex plate is the likely fix. Have a shop confrinm this guess of mine.

How to change camshaft position sensor in a plymouth voyager 3.0L

It's on your transmission bell housing, remove your air box top part along with the intake hoses, the reach through to your bell housing. Should be the only thing with an electrical connection. 10mm socket is all u need and screwdriver for the air box intake tubes. When putting it in gently slide it in till it's touches the flex plate, make sure the cardboard spacer is on the new crankshaft sensor. Then tighten losely. Don't over tighten cause u may crack or brake the plastic. Then reinstall all the the peices. And your done 30min tops.

A VERY LIGHT TAPPING SOUND INSIDE BELL HOUSING WHERE STARTER IS. STARTED AFTER I REMOVED STARTER AND STARTER PLATE AND REPLACE.

Sounds like you may not have the spacer plate in place correctly. They can shift on you if your not careful. Would remove the starter again and check this.
