If I have lost acid from my battery should I have it replaced

If it was lost by evaporation it was just water that left, so add distilled water only. If it was lost by spillage then add a mix of 37-38% sulphuric acid with distilled water, to the correct level indicator.

You can get this mix from an autoparts store like Autozone. It can't be sent by post. If you make the mix yourself, then only ever add acid to water a bit at a time, NEVER add water to acid, it will spit. Wear good eye protection and rubber gloves as well.

    Why is my coolant brown

The brown is rust. They did a poor job of flushing. It needs to be flushed with a good acid cleaner. If there are no leaks and it is cooling ok, it will not hurt to run with the brown anti-freeze.

When i open the hood on my 1999 jetta it smells of acid and their is white powdered acid all around the positive pole

I would replace the battery, but if you are unable to I would go to a parts store and pick up some terminal cleaner. That would take care of the acid build up giving you a better connection.

Engine die when acid consume the battery but after cleaning acid the engine start again

I fail to see what the problem is...? Obviously you have your problem fixed. If you're at all concerned about the acid resurfacing, replace your battery and at the same time, replace your negative terminal (I'm assuming that is the one that was consumed with acid).

Can I change my ac compressor on my 98 dodge ram 1500 myself. Concerned about refilling and air in the system.

Replacing the compressor is strictly a mechanical task but recharging the system isn't and if there is still coolant in the system, it shouldn't be vented into ambient air.
Although Dupont managed to get the old coolant type banned, they only did it so they could sell us the new stuff (R134) which, for some reason, ALSO says on the containers that it STILL shouldn't be released into the atmosphere. The whole change was a scam perpetrated on us by collusion between the EPA and Dupont.

I have to weekly clean green corrosion from positive battery post on my Dodge pick-up. It statred even when the battery was new with new clamp bolts and cable/clamps scrubbed without any green residue...

The copper cable is corroded. Replace the battery cable before it fails internally where you can't see it. It will turn brittle and maybe eat through the insulation and short-out.

    Will not start

Disconnect the black battery cable, then the red one. Clean both the cable terminations and the battery terminals with a wire brush to remove all corrosion. You can also buy a spray to neutralize any acid residue. When the connections are clean, reconnect the battery - red first, then black. Tighten firmly, but be careful not to strip the threads. Finish by sealing with a protectant spray. Note this is a different spray, not the cleaner mentioned earlier.
