Hi Gerald,
Im not sure, which part of world you are at.
In most countries eBay is the place to find anything

Or you might have to visit your local breakers yard

How do I fix the brake light on a 1997 Buick LeSaber.

I just did a 97 Regal yesterday and yes you are correct...the strip must be removed to gain access...depending on model you may have to remove the cushioning panel (piece of upholstery panel) on the inside of trunk lid...follow this video URL as it explains the removal better in video form than written..basically remove the 7 10mm nuts holding panel on, lower trunk lid a little and wiggle panel off, twist socket and remove to gain bulb access..install is reverse procedure ...Regal, Century and LeSabre are all same idea/setup Tail Light Change 1997 2005 Buick Century 2004 Buick Century Custom 3 1L V6

I need to change the rear tail lights in my 1997 Buick Lesabre. Where do I start?

If the hinge is not working on your 1997 Buick BeSabre, and you are unable to get it fixed, the next best thing to do is tie down your trunk. Use a strong rope and tie it down to the area under the bumper. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Replacing tensioner pulley spring on a 1997 buick lesaber

you purchase a whole new tensioner assembly and bolt it in where the old one was. that way everything is new. if the serpentine belt has never been changed, this would be a good time to do that too as it has to come off in order to remove the old tensioner.

How do you change the back-up lights on a 1998 buick lesabre

HI, if you look at the back side of the trunk lid, you should see plastic caps they cover the holes for the fasteners. you will need to remove them then gently pull the light assembly away from the trunk lid. good luck.

The tension bar in my 1999 buick lesabre's trunk broke. I can't find parts online or even what it is officially called. Worth replacing or just hold trunk up with a rod?

What you are descibing is a trunk lid support bar or tension spring.
Just about any lager salvage yard will be able to help you.
Please let me know what you find.

Trunk release button won't work, remote will

not entirely sure about your buick, but I have a 2000 pontiac that has a switch just inside the glovebox that deactivates the trunk switch. that, together with locking the glovebox would prevent someone with jsut the valet key from gaining access to the trunk area.
