i would take it back to where i got the tires. a set of mounted new tires with a balance should not make the car worse than it was, especially with an alignment too.

When accelerating at 55mph, I start to get front end vibration. It happens in all gears. Goes away when I take foot off gas.

Sounds like wheel balance, check front wheels for loss of weights outter and inner rim, alloy wheels have sticky weights steel rims have clamp on weights either can be lost....say if you clip the kerb/sidewalk or just through centrifugal force. A garage will check wheel balance and attach weights if needed.

How do i know for sure if it is a 360 or a 318?

With out pulling the heads or sump and measuring the bore or stroke. A 318 is internally balanced and a 360 is externally balanced.
The harmonic balancer on a 360 is dished and a 318 balancer is flat.
The fly wheel on a 360 has a weight on it and a 318 does not have that weight.

I have a 2013 jeep wrangler sport. I recently took it off road and since then my steering wheel is off center and violent vibrations occur at 60 plus mph. Nothing is looks worn or bent. any suggestions?

Get a alignment, everything will look normal, and when a vehicle vibrates you probly have dirt or mud ruts on the inside rim throwing the tire out of balance, or missing wheel weights..

My 1999 ford expedition shakes when I reach a speed of 70 mph and it make dring hard to steer straight and it not staying aligned and balanced. I've had inner tirerod ends and ball bearings replaced....

There could be a few things. The simplest would be New tires and have them balanced. If they are new tires sometimes the Balance weights fly off while driving. The other issue could be camber angle. If one is laying too far in the Negative or Positive it can affect alignment. When your tires wear what do they look like?

99 4runner extremely bad vibrations when braking on dry road going downhill. On flat also, but not as bad.

Have you had your wheel bearings checked ? You can check them yourself if you put the wheel and tire off the ground and try to press each side of the wheel in opposite directions and the same on the top and bottom. do this with strength and try to do it fast. If it seems to have slack in it then it is probably your wheel bearing. Your tire alignment could also be out. Have you hit a curb hard or anything? The tire and wheel could also be out of balance. Try having them computer balanced at a tire shop. Sometimes tires with several miles on them will start to wobble. Sometimes the tire weights that are used to balance a tire actually come off and the tire will then be out of balance.

From 35mph to 55/60mph my stering wheel wobbles

Might be a tire balance issue, or...
If your wheel alignment is out of specs, it can wear your tires and they will "feather" or "cup" and cause the tire to shake on the road.

Car vibrates above 40 MPH

your wheels more than likely needs to be balanced one or more are out of round if you had the tires rotated before the alignment this would make the vibrating more noticible.but balancing should solve your problem.

I have a 2002 jeep wrangler that seems to start shaking at 60mph below or over ok. It is not major but noticeable. Where do I start looking? Thanks Dan

Grab hold off the prop-shaft to see if it is quite solid, it could be a worn UJ. Check the balance weight on the same shaft to ensure it hasn't slipped forward or backwards on the shaft.
Then get wheels checked, they could need re-balancing.
