Just turn down the idle screw a little and disable your choke if available

My Holley 4160 carb floods like crazy at idle fuel pressure @6 psi virtually new carb and gone through by very experienced drag racer with Holley carbs

Was the carb sitting for years before you bought it? Probably the needle shut off valve is stuck . Where the fuel line goes into the carb, try firmly tapping (wack) the carb housing with a screw driver handle. If it still floods, its take apart time. Was the "experienced drag racer" a driver, or mechanic.? Apparently he don't know much about carburetors.

Why coolant level in refill tank drops with no apparent leak?

Hi Ayaz
if there no leak detected that means the radiator cap is not holding the pressure, that cause the coolant to travel to the expansion tank and flood out, then when engine cool down, it will suck the coolant back to the radiator and leave the refill tank empty.
Replace the Radiator Cap

Good luck

Why would my Jeep run/idle rough, ****, sputter while in park & when put in drive it would die several times & now won't start?

its misfiring ever do a tuneup this decade?
if it flooding it will misfire, and will stall.
and will be hard to start. if at all, until all that fuel evaporates.
the operators guide covers this, flooding
cranking + WOT,
crank with throttle wide open throttle clears most flooding.
many cars do get worse parked a long time. that is what they do.
seen spark wires go bad, and TPS go bad (really just worse)
the spark wires old love to suck up water, and then short.
which engine?
Do the tuneup then use a scan tool cranking, to see if you have DTC errors.
make sure its dont flood.
do if the spark tips are soaking in raw fuel that is flooding and the test. (for 100 years, now)

My 96 oor 97 villager not sure on year will not start when temps are freezing or below..as if gas lines are froze up... when temps allow it to start i have to keep foot on gas and keep it at 2000 rpm for...

Apparently you have saved a lot of money the past year or so by not staying on top of maintenance and repairs. I believe you are headed there now, though. First you will need proper diagnosing and it isn't cheap. Search around for a good independent. Your other choice? the Famous Ford Motel- where cars check in, (and owners lose limbs).

Fluids out when you try to start

double posted, and fluids? you mean FLOODS.
see previous post,
there are other ways to flood any motor.
one other is (iSC /IAC devices are stuck closed) gummed up.
this cause no starting air, no air means flooding.
I cant see your car, and see if starting with 10% throttle solves the flood, but you can.
also WOT cranking, cuts all fueling and can not flood and will start any flooded engine.
but if this still floods, now, that is bad injectors. leaking.
WOT cuts injection pulses dead, and no fuel flows, cranking.
knowing these facts on EFI makes finding causes easy.

Fiat scudo starts and runs for 8 secs then cuts out

8 seconds and stall,..

Sounds like you're starting fine and there's no apparent problem with the engines electrical impulses in regards to wires, plugs, coil etc,..

Which it sounds like you're running off residual fuel but continuous fuel supply is being disrupted.

I'm all but certain if you pull a SP it'll have unburned fuel on it. Check your fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator and injectors

From those symptoms the pump could be faulty, filter clogged and only feeding seepage, the regulator could be flooding it out ot the injectors aren't opening { clogged }

What do you get when you try to press the accelerator when it's running or have you not tried that?

Engine Floods after brief start and run when cold -then shut off

Local mechanic determined engine was flooded and started it by holding throttle to the floor and cranking 5-7 seconds - then the engine sputtered to life. It has run perfectly before and since and I'm at a bit of loss to understand why this occurred this one time - so far. It's been driven now 5 days with no problems.
