It hasn't changed, still the same definition. But the modern development is the rise of neo-liberalism, which is a bastardization of liberalism. Neo-liberals are non-progressive establishment types who celebrate the corporate state-they are corporatists first and foremost. They are not much removed in principle from neo-cons-you know, those war hawks who love war.

Open the door and spray a liberal amount of WD-40 on the lock mechanism and open and close the door several times repeating this. That should clear up the problem.

Try spraying latch assembly liberally with WD-40 or similar product and silicone to prevent freezing

If that doesnt help replace the latch.

sounds like blower switch is dirty. go to radio shack and buy a can of electrical contact spray and spray switch liberally. rotate switch back and forth while spraying. this should fix problem.

I would spray some penetrating oil on it and let it sit for awhile, take some hefty vice-grips, apply a liberal amount of elbow grease and try to break it loose.
