I do not see a question about a car or truck that you posted. Give the year, make and model and what the issue is.

How do I adjust the throttle body

The throttle bodies on most newer cars are not adjustable for its idle speed. If the Check Engine Light is on, go to the nearest auto parts store and get them to pull the error codes from your car's computer. Post the codes back here and we can give you a better answer to your question

Why wont it run right after a battery change

Does this only happen when your defroster and OR your AC is running? I bet the answer is yes, your throttle body needs to be cleaned. Unhook your battery again, clean your throttle body with a sensor safe solution like Seafoam. Hook the battery back up and let the computer relearn the settings with a clean throttle body. Very common.

Where is the throttle body sensor located?

If you are talking about the "Throttle Position Sensor" you sort-of answered your own question. It is located on the throttle body on the oppsite side of where the throttle cable connects.

I got a 1542 code on my bmw

p1542 Pedal Position Sensor Electrical.
Clean the throttle body really good.
In your case, check to see of the throttle butterfly (plate) is obstructed and then adjust the cable at the throttle body end per your manual specs. The adjustment is fairly simple. Otherwise.... I think it is getting to be new throttle body time.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.

How do you change the headlight bulb on a 2006 Chev Trailblazer

When you open the hood you will be looking straight down at the light lenses. On both sides of the lense body on the top you will see two small steel clips. Lift the clips up and this releases the lense body. You will now be able to pull the body out straight toward you. You may need to wiggle it around a bit as it has a habit of jamming up on the wheel well side of the vehicle. Once its out grab the light harness and turn it counter clockwise and pull it out. Repalce the bulb and reverse all the instructions to replace the body.

Tps sensor

TPS = Throttle position sensor

Is that the answer you require?

On a 2006 car there will be a TPS on the gas pedal and a TPS on the throttle body (usually part of the throttle body)
