Wipers only work on slow intermittant

front or rear, guess front... gee?
you meant fails only on high and fails means dead, rigth, not slow on high or some other odd effects. like noise. chattering or ?
what does it do on high , i guess sits still.
the wipers can be slow. if the motor is weak.
fail to return
make noises. or jam.
Q1:" do the washers work

2004 WJ
there are 3 things, POWER< CONTROLLER and MOTOR.
the first question here, is this computer controlled (eg BCM)
answer: YES, the BCM does keep alive. (more later)
is there a relay?
answer yes.
the control has 10 position.. off 1....9
so intermattant 1 to 5 work, you never said that.
at pos. 6 is low, works.
at post 7 high its dead. it turns on the HIGH wiper relay in the PDC
so that is dead,
my guess. i use meters to tell me facts but if i hand to guess
it be the HIGH relay blown.
if not its the H tap pin on the motor bad.
or wires to same.
the wiper motor can be hot wired to test it. easy
pin 6 on the motor connector is hIGH./

if how ever the high starts the wiper moving and then dies
then the PCM keep alive feed is dead. or wiper on./off is dead.
but the other work, so id skip this.

try to say exactly what happens on high. (DEAD?)
OR MOVES AND STALLS.? O short strokes.?

Battery will go dead in 2 weeks maybe not turning some thing off

If the vehicle sits unused for 2 weeks the battery will deplete. There is a constant parasitic draw taken from the battery to keep memories alive in different modules. This is normal.

No start, no full pressure ,no power at shut off switch. why .?

full = fuel?
you turn the key, and the cluster lights up. warning lamps
this is the power on test for the lamps and CEL for ecu alive
if they are dead, that means you lost 12vdc power
that is a blown fuse or a dead battery or corrosion on connections
from battery to fuse boxes.
if you have $10 volt meter this is easy, if not , not.

costs money, it will never be free.
only how much and trouble are the variables.

if radio is dead, in all ways that is bricked.

Hi Greg, I'm glad to help! Greg a lot of things can bring down the BUS. But the most common one I've found on the 04 Ram is the "Crank Sensor" BUT, here's how you check it for what ever is killing the bus. Unplug one thing at a time. EXAMPLE: Unplug the Crank Sensor then check the BUS if its alive again then simply replace the Crank Sensor. Unfortunately you have to unplug one thing at a time to find whats doing it. I've even found and EGR Valve doing it. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Greg.

Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM)

P0603 means Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error

In other words, that code is set when the PCM loses "keep alive" memory B+.

This code can also be set if the batteries went dead at some point, but mainly it means there is an open circuit detected in the KAM circuit.

On a '97 F-250, check for a 5 amp fuse blown in fuse cavity #2. If the fuse is blown, check for and repair the short-to-ground in circuit #729 (red with white coloured wire).

Good luck dear.

Dead battery

I have a recall notice for your Jeep. It states that the radio is not powering down correctly and that the radio should be replaced by the dealership.

Email me at because it is too big to post here.
