My company has demoted me from A grade to B grade because the client cannot afford to pay for grade A but the client insists he expects a grade A job still, is this right.

if you sign a contract saying grade A and you are going to be paid x amount for being a grade A, then they ask you to drop to a grade B for less, then they must ask you to sign another contract.if they do not do this then they must pay you a grade A wage.

this is what i found on the net but its not to say it will be the same all over the world.

so i would look more it to it if i was you.

That is far too cryptic to answer. Even Google has no idea what you are talking about :>)

How do I change the timing so I can use different grade of gas and not get the knocking?

NOT SURE WHY SOMEONE TOLD YOU THIS? BUT YOU HAVE A RANGE FOR YOUR TIMING HAVE TO CHECK SPECS BUT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GASOLINE GRADE YOUR HEARING KNOCKING YOUR VALVES COULD BE GETTING SMUDGED AND GUNKED UP I RECOMMEND CHANGING OIL RUNNING A BOTTLE OF LUCAS OIL STABILIZER WITH OIL REPLACES ONE QUART ALSO LUCAS FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER 3OZ TO EVERY TEN GALLONS OF GAS YOU CAN DO THIS WITH 87 GRADE KEEP TIRES INFLATED PROPERLY FRONT END ALIGNMENT PROPER OIL THESE ARE ALL FUEL SAVING TECHNIQUES THAT WORK!

What engine oil does this car require, and can I substitute

The car doesnt require any type specifically. The grade should be printed on oil cap. If not check owners manual for grade for your temperature at your location.
