This engine is computer controlled but you make no mention of any fault code testing, also what about fuel pressure and is the exhaust system clogging up with carbon?

The csd relay kicks and cut the current to the heater plugs and pump when i connect the upper temp sensor isuzu 4ja1, 2.5l turbo what could be the problem, pump and injectors are reconditioned?

what car ?
what year.?
what model car.
what country, (engine and fuel system vary by,,, country)
Bakkie means Austrailia, we are USA forum and dont have the car here, nor books on it, what is uses for injection cant guess.

why not post to a "Australia isuzu forum".. and get fast accurate answers. Goggle that and bingo, it hits. in 1sec, flat.

the books are not free. isuzu sells them in your country
if you ask on Aust, forum maybe someone has the book and can scan it.? for you?

seem like it needs major electric work.
why not go to Isuzu and buy the book, and have all that,....

Model is 2ltd turbo diesel Whistling noise from engine compartment, which gets higher tone with revs. worst when cold.

it could be a loose pipe on the turbo. the noise would get louder with higher revs as with higher revs higher boost is produced. check for loose pipes and give them a tighten then try a test drive. hope it helps you

Do i need a turbo timer for an intercooled diesel engin..isuzu...

Yes it pays to have a Turbo timer or let it run for 3 minutes after an outing.
An Intercooler is usually fitted to turbo charged engines. It cools the air entering the engine making it denser,Thats why cars go really well on frosty mornings after they reach running temp.
Hope this helps.

My 2000 Subaru Legacy shudders when driving...

Temperature sensors check to make sure it is warmed up before allowing system to work properly. This keeps the motor from being worked too hard before is has reached temperature. Remember that aluminum has to be at proper temperature and expansion to make all parts work properly.Hope this helps and have a great day.
