Check the brake fluid level, if it is really low have your brake pads checked they may be worn out.

Brake light flickers while driving down the road.

Check the brake fluid. It may be just low enough to occasionally turn the light on as you hit bumps and it sloshes a little. Add a little brake fluid to the reservoir and check the brake pads all around.

Emergency brake light came on

There is an electical switch mounted on the handle just under the cover, that turns the light on. It is a good bet it may be the issue. They are not expensive if you can get to it. Usually if you unplug the wire the light will go out, and ground it to go on, and if these steps work, the switch is the culprit.

Driving down the road and my ABS warning light came on

check brake fluid level, brakes, if these are okay you may have a problem with the module.
this light can be caused by low levels in the brake resovoir fluid level and/or brake pads are thin.

Brake lights won't turn off

sounds like it is a brake light switch located at the brake peddle. test the switch and if it is faulty replace it.
