Window tracks are fastened by studs at the bottom. The hardware has been known to fail but other track hardware could be at fault. Also, there may have been a hardware failure in the regulator mechanism.

2003 nissan maxima power window does not work and power doors

I'm assuming that you have taken the window motor and regulator loose from the window track? How do you know for sure the motor and regulator are good? If your sure then the problem is probably the window needs to be adjusted in it's track..a binding problem. And the power locks sounds like faulty servos at whichever door isn't working. Sometimes you can take the servos off and spray them w/ wd-40 or liquid wrench and free them up.

Can't get front passenger door panel off to fix door not opening

Most modern vehicles use plastic posts which hold the panel on. You have to remove any trim pieces that have screws holding them. There is a forked-end tool that helps pop the posts out of the sheet metal of the door. Usually one or more these posts will break requiring replacement when the panel is replaced. Don't faint when they announce the price of these things!
