Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How much should I expect to pay at a repair shop to replace the clutch in my 1988 Toyota Camry (5spd standard transmission)??

labor charges for clutch repair vary from shop to shop --- your best bet would be to find a shop that deals with late model Toyotas on a regular basis. time wise should be 4 to 6 hours and the cost should be anywhere from $450 to $750 in labor and parts. ( not a hard clutch to replace ).

I rear ended some one and my bumper broke. Its just the crappy plastic one but where is the cheapest place to fine one? and a service place to put it on for cheap?

Junk yard, e-bay motors, or look in phone book for parts suppliers that sell OEM made in China parts. You got to shop around with auto collision shops to find the best deal for install.

WHERE CAN I GET DOOR LOCKS FIXED FOR A GOOD PRICE?

I would go to a body shop. they deal w/ all kinds of damage on a regular basis. Best would be one that works on vw's on a regular basis. Most car dealers send out (to a private shop) their vehicles for any needed body work, find out where they send them. Good luck, and &%$#%^^&& to the car vandals.
