You'll have to take the door panel off.and all the plastic.try not to tear it you'll have to put it back on.after the panew is off.should be rather simple.should be 2 nuts that hold the handle on and a series of rods .....good luck

You need the dealer to scan the control module for fault codes and then diagnose it based on those codes.

three year old car with horn problems already
are you in italys traffic a lot ?
replace the horn relay
see if it fixes the problem
could be a faulty horn pad its part of the steering wheel / air bag system

These switch's very rarely go bad . Check the voltage at both sides of the inertia switch . Don't BELIEVE anything without testing . Your Fusion has electronic returnless fuel system , a FPDM - fuel pump driver module control's the fuel pump .I'm looking at a fuel pump wiring diagram for your vehicle and it doesn't show a inertia switch anyway . Your best bet , have it towed to the dealer .
