THe problem with fixing an expansion tank is they get HOT and have chemicals in them, ANY kind of poxy resins or glues will only last for a short period. i got a new tank for mine when mine was knackered. i got it from www.milners4x4.com. you cant be safe enough with the expansion tank, if it blows when your doing 70 on the motorway, you can look forward to a new engine. Better safe than sorry

some cars have a 24 volt starter motor but the rest of the car runs on 12 volts,,,there is a relay to switch over to 24 volts only for starting the motor ,,,check the relay
