2000 jaguar s type windshield wiper reservoir tank leaking how do you replace it

The tank is under the front wheel arch. The best way is to remove wheel and splash guards and you will be able to access the tank from the engine bay and the wheel arch. Check first that the leak is not from where the pipe connects to the screen wash pump or the grommet that holds the pump in place in the tank. these would seem more likely than a split tank. The pump justs twists out of the grommet - its tight but not impossible to remove and replace if the pump has a fault on its body or pipe cionnections.
Hope this helps. good luck.

No washer fluid

Probably need to remove the tire and inner wheel well liner to gain access to the tank. You might get lucky and get at the pump without having to remove the tank. Unhook the connector and pop the pump out of the rubber grommet. If tank is full, all the fluid will instantly drain out.

Brakes dont work properly, when I brake the pedal goes all the way to the floor. Is my master cylinder the problem?

best place to start is looking for a leak in the system especially on corroded brake lines. fill master cylinder with fluid and have assistant gently push on brake pedal. check all fittings and lines for leaks. look carefully around gas tank as lines snake in front of tank above heat shield and are impossible to see without removing tank but leak will drip down at some point.

Headlight washer system leaks out all the fluid just sitting without using the pump button

first check where it's leaking from, if water dropping near front wheel it's leaking from tank first check the rubber grommet for both washer motor 1 wiper washer motor and 2 head light washer motor, both are in the water tank, if your car water dropping from front end under the front bumper it should leaking from washer nozzle in this case need to replace the head light washer nozzle. some time leaking from hose if you check from underneath you can see where it's leaking from,

I am trying to locate the windscreen washer tank with the pump Where should I look and not at the Jag dealer...Kathylynn

Its under the front RHS wing behind the splash guards forward of the wheel. The pump is a push fit on the front of the tank wall via a rubber grommet seal. Best reached from under the car with the lower front splash guard removed.
Hope this helps good luck.

Gas leaking out where you fill the front tank

You probably have a defective fuel-tank selector valve. Its located on the left frame rail, halfway down. While the vehicle is running, tank"A" is pumping fuel to the engine, while tank "B" is getting the unneeded fuel that is returning from the engine. Thats why it is overflowing.

Replacing a brake light bulb for a 2006 chevrolet equionx

I just replaced the p/s brake light:
1. Pop off the tabs that cover the screws. (flat screwdriver)
2. Unscrew both screws. (philips-head)
3. There is a metal post attached to the light assembly located towards the front of the assembly pointing in towards the center of the car. This post fits into a rubber grommet that is attached to the car. I had to wiggle and rock the assembly to get the post free from the grommet and the assembly off the car, by pulling to the right.
4. Re-assembly requires lining up and inserting the post back into the grommet (use your best Beavis and ******** sound effect now). Put the screws back in and don't forget the covers.
