Can I make a better head gasket for 80cc china bicycle motor ?

head gasket materials include copper sheet. exhaust manifold material ( pink ) or none at all except loctite red spread sparsely over the head face
any material used has to be thin (.020" ) as the thicker it is the better chance it will burn out
you may be able to research head gaskets because most engine have a similar design and for example a china made B&S may do the job or a different china made engine may have a gasket that will adapt
check the method of fitting the OEM gasket
check that the head is flat ( may need machining)
do not reuse old head studs ( they stretch and loose tension )
clean out stud holes as they can bottom out on muck and oil and not get the right tension
use a sealant adhesive on the OEM gasket to stick the head back on to resist movement from compression frequency

Competition between the Plastic Locker and Steel Locker?

Plastic locker is also known as plastic wardrobe or wardrobe or steel locker (ABS locker). With its unique material, moisture proof, rustproof, impact resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other advantages, plastic locker is widely used in all kinds of special places, such as swimming pool, gymnasium, university bathhouse, beach, fitness center, bath center, station, subway station, big industrial mining companies, department stores, supermarkets, libraries, stadiums, ski resorts, golf courses, and many other places.Using ABS plastic granules and steel casting mould, plastic locker is molded through injection molding of big machine. It has features of moisture proof, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, non-toxic, tasteless, gorgeous color and lustre, colorfastness, never rust and long service life. Nowadays many domestic Shanghai manufacturers, for the purpose of reducing cost, produce and sale of ABS lockers, most of which are made by recycled plastic with product quality far beyond that of real material ABS. Therefore when consumers buy this product, try to choose products of international famous manufacturers, especially imported from abroad.Using high quality cold-rolled steel plate, steel locker is made after shearing, punching, bending, welding, installation. Plate thickness is 0.6 mm (0.5-1.0 mm optional). Some steel lockers select high specification fusion welding, with smooth appearance. Steel wardrobe door chooses imported plastic powder electrostatic spray molding and it is disposed through nine severe procedures (hot water wash, pre-skim, skim, cold water wash, surface conditioning, phosphating, etc.) to strengthen the maintenance of appearance and protect it from being influenced by wet environment. It is equipped with label box, stainless steel handle, ventilation window, and pores to ensure the air circulation inside it. The luxury locker is attached with logo of lock and unlock. Patent design of clad door, with generous appearance, increases space. It is also equipped with internal dressing mirror and stainless steel clothes rail. Steel locker is suitable for various companies, hotels, campus, swimming pool, playgrounds, dormitories and other local locker room or storage room.Through summarizing the difference between the two kinds of locker, we know what kind of locker to choose in corresponding situation, and this is also very important for us.

is this WG jeep say in europe. ? we dont have WG here.
WG started in Europe in 1999.
on this usa forum or in our country no 3.1 VM diesels
i do have your FSM book.
and here is what it states. (different liners used etc)
"CYLINDER HEAD GASKETS
A one piece steel cylinder head gasket is used for
all five cylinder heads.
Cylinder head gaskets are available in three thicknesses.
Identification holes or notches in the right
front corner of the gasket indicate the thickness of
the gasket (Fig. 65).
CAUTION: Piston protrusion must be measured, to
determine cylinder head gasket thickness, if one or
more cylinder wall liners have been replaced.
NOTE: If cylinder wall liners have not been
removed; the same thickness head gasket removed,
may be used.
MEASURING PISTON PROTRUSION
(1) Use special tool VM.1010 with dial indicator
special tool VM.1013 (Fig. 66).
(2) Bring the piston of cylinder no. 1 exactly to top
dead center.
(3) Zero the dial indicator on the cylinder block
mating surface.
(4) Setup the dial indicator on the piston crown
(above the center of the piston pin) 5mm (1/8 in.)
from the edge of the piston and note the measurement
(Fig. 67).
(5) Repeat the procedure with the rest of the cylinders.
(6) Establish the thickness of the steel gasket for
all four cylinder heads on the basis of the greatest
piston protrusion (Fig. 65)

How to change the freeze plug on a 1999 dodge ram 2500 diesel

When you find the freeze plug that is leaking, you will need a sharp and tough instrument to drive a hole into it and pry it out.
The steel is about 1/16 - 1/8" thick.
Go get a new one to see how thick it is.
With a hammer and some kind of punch or tough screwdriver, drive a hole into the center of it and pry it out.
To put the new one in, there are 3 kinds I know of, maybe more.
One is simply a steel disc, shaped like a rounded dish.
You hit it in the center after it is inside the hole, which would hold it it.
Another is a cup shape. Again, this kind you would take a socket the size of the inside of the plug and carelfully drive it in, being sure to keep it going in straight all the way around. Liberally coat the hole with grease before you try.
Also, putting these two in a refrigerator freezer will help if you shrink them with the cold.
The third kind is a fancy plug of rubber and steel you put in the hole and screw it tight.

To change brakes does the piston just push back in

yes it does. i put a thick piece of flat steel across the piston and use a C-Clamp to compress it. some people just put the C-Clamp inside the piston but in either case the clamp really makes it easier.

My boyfriend locked my keys into my car and we do not kno how to get into my car to unlock it....it is a 93 cutlass supreme

Any GM dealer can cut the key for about $5. You need to show a picture ID and an ownership proof (Title). But today is Sunday and they are closed.
Option two:
With at least 1/8" thick steel rod, you can buy at home depot or hardware store, penetrate through the upper side of the drivers door, and unlock the door. You might bent the tip of the rod as necessary. A hanger works sometimes but is too thin and bents. Good luck.

How do you get the fan clutch to not move while you're trying to loosen the nut that takes it off? 94 F150 4.9 liter

You can use a chain strap tool to hold the pulley. They make a tool with a handle that bolts to the 2 of the 4 bolts on the pulley to hold it. I used a 2"X16"X1/8" thick steel and drilled 2 holes in it to line up with the holes on the pulley and bolted it to the pulley to hold on to.

I am being told by repair shop that a screw located too close to the rim makes my tire unrepairable and that I need to buy a new one..does that sound right?

The sidewall of a tire is very thin and for safety reasons should not be repaired. The tread part is thick and contains the steel belt. If you put a plug in the tread section, the steel belt will hold the plyg in place. Once the sidewall is damaged, change the tire.
