If hooked up wrong will it blow a fuse or not work anymore

What did you hook-up wrong, hope it wasn't the battery? If you hooked up the battery wrong, not sure what kind of damage might have been done?If some other component, which one?
Any electrical component that doesn't work, check wiring diagram, check voltage and ground for that system.
What is year--make--model?

I hooked anew battery up incorrectly. Now i have no power to starter, lights etc. I have checked fuse box and all are fine. Are there other fuses that arenot in the fuse box

I have a 98 isuzu rodeo and my friend hooked up the jumper cables wrong one day and now none of my dash lights or any of the switches on my dash work (4x4, cruise control, etc.) and it's stuck in 4x4

Possible fried starter solonoid or even worse as you fried the main computer.

Got 1994 lexus both a battery hook it up and come to find out it was wrong battery . Now the car wont start did find some bad fuses i change it still wont start. Could be my promlem is the car compute

Wrong battery? What was wrong, voltage, size, terminal location. I am not familar with a Lexus does it have two batteries? If you hooked up two batteries and did something wrong, like hook them in series some way then you could have fried the computer. It is really hard to determine what problem you have. The bad fuses should tell you something what did they run? Please rate my answer.

Hi i have hooked up set of jumper leads from a battery on the grond to the termanials but i hooked them up wrong and now my car wont start

This is not good. You will have to have the codes read from the ECM if it will read. Hooking up the wrong way can and usually does blow computers. They finally started to but protection devices in cars for this purpose. Good luck

Battery terminals was hooked up wrong, transmission would not shi

I dont think so as the battery shouldent have anything to do with your trans
All batterys are Red lead to feed and Black to Earth and the batterys are markrd (poss+ and Neg--)
so you cannot go wrong..
