Wont turn on have replaced fuse

I need year--make--model?
The fuse is for what component? Any electrical component, I check voltage and ground. You can use test light to check voltage and ground. Even if fuse is good, check for voltage on the fuse circuit. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.

2000 Ford Excursion radio will not shut off with key in hand

The fuses are for base radio system. With key out, check the two outside fuse circuits for voltage. Shouldn't be any voltage, if there is, have to check ignition switch wiring circuits. Use a test lite to check for voltage
The fuse in the middle, hot all the time, should be for radio memory and clock where applicable.

1990 Pontiac Bonneville no turn signals or lights in the dash the fuse isnt blown either

As far as the turn signal, did you check the proper fuse for voltage. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is still dead. The turn fuse goes hot with key on, turn on the key, check fuse circuit for voltage, use a test lite or something. I hope you can read diagram?

My power locks do not work until I turn on the ignition of the truck (2004 Dodge Ram 2500). Also, I can't get power to my radio (even after turning on ignition).

I would be checking all the fuse at the panel. Turn the key off and check the ones that are supposed to on(like the door locks). Also they should have B+ power(12 volts or so). When panels go bad Voltage can be anywhere from 0 to 7 or 8 volts. Then turn the key on and check. All the fuses should have power, except the exterior lights. On bad panels you'll see low voltage on some fuses. and with key off, you'll see voltage on fuses that supposed to be off.

My heater doesn't work. The blower just quit

Did you check for voltage and ground at blower motor connector, with hvac on. See what your missing, voltage or ground? In the diagram, the top wire is voltage for blower motor and bottom wire is ground, note the wire colors. Use a testlite to check for voltage.

Check for voltage at applicable fuses. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage at the fuse circuit, the circuit is still dead. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.

The gauges didnt work we check all the fuses and they are ok

Did you check for voltage at the applicable fuse/s? Use a testlight and check for voltage at the fuse circuit with key on. The gauges usually get voltage feed from the ignition switch, key on.

I haven't looked at your wiring yet, you may have to check feed to and from ignition switch.

Found these two fuses for instrument cluster. One is hot all the time, the other goes hot with the key on. If voltage and ground for the instrument cluster are good, something else is wrong.

Both front and rear windshield wipers(and washers do not work. How do I diagnose the problem. Fuse is good. 2004 Buick Rendevous CXL.

Did you check for voltage at the applicable fuse, use a test light to check voltage. The circuit goes hot with the key on, so turn on the key then check voltage at the fuse circuit. Go from there.

1987 Chevrolet S10 2.5 no power to injector. Will not start.

The voltage circuit to injector is fuse protected, ecm 1 fuse--10 amp. The fuse circuit should go hot when you turn on the key. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on the fuse circuit, key on.
