Mercury mariner horn blows how to locate problem also to locate horn relay what is best way to repair it thanks

First.. Hit the steering wheel/horn, see if it stops, even momentarily, or just once. If it does, you found the problem. It's in the steering wheel. You'll need a owners manual. To find a owners manual. Go to mercury.com/ownersmanual.

2000 mercury grand marquis horn doesn't work. Fuse 5 and relay 2 are ok. Where is the horn located? Is there any other fuses in the circuit for the horn?

The horn is in the very front behind the grille on the drivers side. Eiher the horn is bad or disconnected or the switch in the steering wheel is bad.
