A control module is used to operate the sunroof an if a alternative power supply isn't used so modules don't lose there memory they can go dead . The only way in most cases to get it working again is a trip to the dealer where they have factory scan tool to communicate with it !

Open gas cap on 2013 Buick lacrosse

This should be a normal threaded cap and will twist off in a counter clock wise motion. If the cap is not original and has been replaced with a locking type cap, it will require a key to unlock it and the removal procedure will be the same as the original cap

How do you open the gas cap

the fuel "hatch" has a press and release catch, press the rearmost part of the hatch then release once it clicks, this will allow you to gain access to the fuelling cap. the cap can be removed by just unscrewing it counter clockwise

posting link, directions on opening are on section 9 page 50 https://www.buick.com/content/dam/Buick/north_america/usa/nscwebsite/en/home/owners/vehicle_manuals/2013/02_pdf/2013_lacrosse_manual_2nd_printing_20121029.pdf
