Question about 1992 Toyota Celica
It sounds like the oil O-ring has worn away. Try shooting a BUNCH of "brake" cleaner into the cap. Wipe it out good with a clean rag. Then replace the cap and shoot all the plug wires with WD-40. Turn the key and let me know how it went.
