Newer cars REQUIRE you to press on the brake to get into gear. If the switch at the brake pedal is not working, or the solenoid at the gearshift is not working. The shifter is stuck. You MUST have a little slot by the shifter covered with a small cover. Check your manual, a key in that slot releases the shifter should you have the above problem or the battery is dead and no power to that release solenoid.

My crysler sebring wont go into gear from the inside of the car, it want go out of park. But I can go under the hood of my car and get it into gear. I was wonder what the problem could be and how much

I would say its the brake switch located on the brake pedal. follow your pedal up and youll see it. when it goes bad you will not be able to take the car out of park. do you have brake lights?

Click on the link for starter wiring. Not sure what's going on with your tranny? You can see in the diagram, the tranny module gets voltage from the crank position, ignition switch. You can also see the fuse, not only check the fuse, use a testlight and check voltage on fuse circuit.
Any testing, make sure functional parking brake is set and block the wheels. be safe. Safety is your responsibility.

This is going to sound dumb but is it in park? Sometimes they get stuck between gears (especially when cold) Make sure it's in neutral or park

I have a 2008 crysler sebring my car will start but when i press the breaks to put it in gear it wont move from park

Your car was likely involved in recall K16 for a transmission interlock spring clip, if it breaks your car gets stuck in park. You will most likely have to have you car towed to a dealership to get the repair, the recall repair is free although you may have other problems that would be your liability.

Vehicle stuck in park will not change gears. Will start fine

does the gear shifter move? if the gear shifter moves and it wont shift then you have broken linkage, if it wont move you may have ignition linkage problems or the button may not be pushing in all the way, also the brake pedal is tied in too

Can't shift out of park

Shifter was broken. Still under warranty, so dealer replaced. Works fine. According to a dealer service person trying to assist this is not an uncommon problem with Chrysler/Dodge products.
