This may be too obvious, but check the dimmer dial on your dashlights. There's a detent in the off position that will turn all dash and cargo etc lights off...

try squeezing the sides of the cover inwards,this should release the little locating lugs-be gentle,cheers roady

the best place to start to look is the switch . I believe it is part of the head light switch,look four discolored wires or melted .also see if fuse able link that comes from the starters -relay also known as solenoid . feel free to ask again if you should wont any further subsistence Thank you.
