If it has a turbo then check the turbine blade adjustment actuator and vacuum hose
if it has a particulate filter , have it checked for blocking problems

How to remove oil fiter on a 2011 diesel korando

that is an obscure vehicle! You need an oil filter wrench so that you don't damage the housing. They look like this;

http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=oil+filter+wrench&FORM=HDRSC2

The filter looks like this;

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-SSANGYONG-KORANDO-2011-ONWARDS-2-0-DIESEL-OIL-FILTER-6711803009-/171031127088

Unscrew the filter with an oil catching pan underneath it, remove the filter core and replace it with the new one and the gasket. Hand tighten and then tighten a little more, about a quarter turn. Turn engine on and check for leaks.

How can I get better fuel economy in my 2011 triton?

first question to ask is it a petrol or diesel. Next how much load is it carrying . Third question have you checked the cat converter lately for failure that is blocking the exhaust Next question have you run the fault codes since you noticed that the fuel consumption is excessive Are you running big wide tyres and at the wrong tyre pressure . If you can come back with some answers then may be we can point you in the direction you should be looking at to improve the economy.

No power and losing oil on my 2004 isuzu kb300

check that the rings were installed correctly as they can only be fitted in one direction otherwise excessive oil consumption will result. Check float level or fuel settings for the slow acceleration on slope power problems .

Fuel consumption has dramatically increased, suddenly. Major tune up about 40,000 km ago. What may be the problem?

Hi. You did not mention any changes in the operation of the vehicle. If the vehicle is running the same as it always has I would look for a fuel leak, or maybe some one is taking fuel from your vehicle. Considering the cost of fuel these days that is a very real possability. Especially since you stated that the increase is a dramatic difference. Most mechanical fuel consumption changes occur gradually over time.
