1996 accord ex bounces when going over bumps

I would say if you have those type issues in the back,
you may want to install new struts on all four corners,
as well as new stabilizer bushings & links

After having new trires on our car we noticed the suspension on the rear of the car no longer functions

What do you mean by no longer functions? When you press down on the rear does it bounce and bounce or come back up. If it bounces then shocks. If it doesn't bounce any then springs.

My problem is the suspension at the back. i found it soft that the car keep on bouncing. is there any way to get rid of this? does stabilizer will do? for isuzu crosswind xuv 2003 model.

Bouncing cars usually mean you are in need of new shocks. The stabilizer has nothing to do with bouncing (just cornering and handling stability, torque-throw,etc).

I think my 2001 chevy cavalier needs struts but im not sure. when i break it lowers in the back and then springs back up

Just manually bounce the car a few times at each corner. When you stop bouncing the car it shouldn't continue to bounce. Compare corners. Another indication is a wet shock indicating leakage.

Feels like back right wheel bounces as driving it. Any suggestions

The strut may be worn out. Try bouncing that corner of the car up and down. It should not continue to bounce after you've pushed it down and up a few times. If it does, time for strut/shock replacement.

Trunk wont close, when you try to close it, it bounces back open. The button to unlatch it doesn't appear to be stuck, but that button has worked on and off since we have gotten it.

Look at the latch. You'll probably find that the arm that comes across to catch the strike is tripped. Put a screwdriver or pen in the hole where the strike should be if it were closed and turn the key. You should be able to flip that arm back and hopefully you and your car can live happily ever after.
