Hi, has anyone ever had a problem with the front wheel? on a suzuki1400 Intruder? had a front hub shatter and all the spokes on one side of the wheel give out I've never seen anything like it before

Send details and photos to the manufacturer engineering department ( address on the manufacturing web page ) and complain
there may be a recall on the wheel or it may be just a one off failure
if the wheel is non OEM equipment you will, have address the report to the wheel manufacturer instead
talk with your dealer service center about the issue

Yes, I had a problem with the front wheel ... on my Yard Man walk-behind 22" mower! The self propel feature wore all the tread off BOTH front wheels!

How can I replace a front wheel bearing?

not an easy job have to take the hub off and press the old bearing out and then grease hub before pressing new bearing in ?dont hit the bearing in as you will shatter it ?

they get noisier and can spin on the half shaft seizing it to it causing more expense. it can also seize in the spindle hub causing damage.

Does anyone know where i can get a diagram of a the front right wheel hub assembly for a 2 wheel drive dodge dakota 3.9 liter engine yes it has abs to?

Check the left side hub and you will need the same set up. The only difference between left and right hubs will be left and right hand threads of the wheel nuts

sounds like it may be bad wheel hub bearing. wen going down road with no traffic steer left then right left right and see if noise gets louder and softer wen weight shifts from side to side. if it does u may need to get new hub bearings

It sounds like a problem within the front differential, possibly broken spider gears. If so broken gear shrapnel may be jamming that wheels output shaft.

It would depend on where the noise is coming from. A broken front hub lock can make that type of noise if the sound is coming from the front left or right side. If the sound is coming form the center of the truck I would suspect the drive chain in the transfer case is loose and hitting the inside of the case.
