I am going to agree that it is definitely the starter. Electrical components are wierd when it comes to heat. They work much better cold. I think a rebuilt starter is around $150 at an auto parts store. If you have someone local to rebuild them then it may be much cheaper.

Sounds like a cable problem.
Either the battery positive or the starter cable itself.
When they get hot they create more resistance.
If you want to check then hot and cold with and ohmeter before spending money I suggest that.

Your starter is bad, then solenoid is probably the main problem, but easier to replace both and kill two birds with one stone!

It will start when its cold wont start after it gets hot until it cools off again

If by "won't start" you mean that the STARTER struggles to turn, I suspect that the starter motor is having a temperature-related failure.
Replace the starter AND solenoid, and inspect the starter wires to verify that they're not burned or corroded. If the wires going to the starter, or their terminal ends, look in any way dicey, replace them too.

My 91 civic runs and drives good but sometimes i shut it off and it wont start back up 4 awhile and then i hear a click and it starts back up please help

check your solenoid on your starter, usually when it get hot it fail until it cool off. a sign of starter going bad if you have to wait til the starter cool off before you can restart the car again. also check contact to the starter. if you having problems getting the starter to work you can get a small hammer and lightly tap the starter, 90% of the time it will kick over.
