check belt and check p/s fluid if ok pump is probably bad with truck running you should be abel to see the fluid flowing threw th reservior when running

if the old belt is still on, just draw on a peice of paper all the pullies & draw how the belt winds around all the pullies, very easy.

Not quite sure of the color of the ring on the dipstick but below is a picture of underneath the hood. The dipstick for the transmission fluid is the one marked "F" and I even gave you an arrow pointing to it. This should be in your owners manual if you have one.
