Does this mean that it will not crank, or that it cranks but does not start??? Check small ground wire from battery to fender to make sure its not broken.

Dose it have any power? Try cleaning battery post or boosting. Take the shifter out of park into drive then put back into park if you know it has power. If neither of these work need more information on whet happens when the key is turned, Ostertag egnition lights, any noise being made etc

sounds like your batery is dead, or your main fuse is blown, check to make sure all the wires are connected, put your old solenoid back in and charge your battery

Just bought a Chev. Impala (2007) last week and the car starter worked. Now it just makes a clicking sound but won't start. No problems starting it manually. I did have my winter tires put on two days...

Sounds like a case of poorly contacting cables. Check for corrosion at the battery terminals, at the other ends of those, one going to the starter itself, the other to chassis ground or the engine block. As a start, I would loosen the battery terminals, rotate them, then re-tighten. I wouldn't remove them since this may disable your stereo; a common problem when a battery goes dead or is replaced. Changing your tires didn't cause this, it is just a coincidence.
