I need the manual for a Toyota travel master 1988

No, this is a hydraulic clutch and the only adjustment may b on the pedal linkage for free travel to the master cylinder. It sounds as though you may have a bad clutch master cylinder or defective slave cylinder.

Replace rear drum brake shoes or adjust the travel of the drum shoes and the emergency brake lever .

There are a couple of possibilities; worn clutch plate, failed pressure plate, possible hanging up of the throw-out bearing. Also, some hydraulic clutches have a throw adjustment on the slave cylinder that may need adjustment after replacing the slave cylinder.

I assume the rear shoes where replaced,was this a problem before replacing the rear shoes?Adjust the rear shoes out to where the wheel drags just a littl when turning it by hand,then if you need to,bleed the brakes,bleed the master cylinder,then the right rear,left rear,then right front,and left front,do not run out of brake fluid during this proccess.

Basically remove fluid from master cylinder wtih siringe.
Carefully remove brake lines with the proper wrench.
Remove master cylinder.
Once the master is removed you can see the bolts holding the booster on remove them and remove the booster. Installiation is the reverse.
Be careful of the push rod. Do not touch the adjuster nut on it until you have installed the new booster and mastercylinder and feel the need for adjustment of the rod. The only time I would touch it is if after bleeding you feel as if the brakes were dragging or pedal travel was extensive.
I strongly recommed you get a shop manual for this procedure.

Here is a link to the FSM (Factory Service Manual) in PDF format. It is the book the Toyota Techs use.

Locate the brake switch up above the brake pedal. Push in on plunger and check if brake lights go out. This switch can be unplugged and removed from its spot at the pedal. Then you can pull out plunger and reset it, put back in its spot, and let pedal readjust to the appropriate travel. It should automatically set to correct stroke length after pulling plunger outward to its furthest length. If this switch, or its adjustment is not to blame, post again. I will help more if needed.

Did you replace these all by yourself or have them installed ?
Brake master cylinder has to be bench bled and the entire system has to be bled when installed. Or there will never be any brakes. If this is not the problem I need more information in order to diagnose correctly.
