How to bypass immobiliser

Breakers yard for a key and switch. Immobilizers are there to stop people stealing your vehicle. If it was that easy to bypass, all the crims would be out stealing cars. The immobiliser chip is activated once the key is near the switch. It talks to the engine management system and tells it, it can have some electric to start. Once the key moves away, the power to the switch is disconnected by the ECM.

I start my car but it immediatly shuts off and the theft sys light flashes could this light be the reason?

the ignition swith reads the key chip when key is turned, this is a common problem, the ignition switch will need to be replaced, after replacing the swith reprograming will be needed, to program you will need a battery charger to keep battery from going dead, after installing new switch, turn charger on, turn key to crank then release key leaving ignition on, you will see the dash lights, leave key on for about 15-20 min, until you see theft light go out, if light doesnt go out then repeat process, crank for 2 sec, then leave key on 15-20 mins until security/theft light goes out, hope this helps.

Fog lights not working Can I bypass the multifunction switch

yes, no problem. You can bypass the switch and hook them up to your own switch. Otherwise you can connect them via headlight switch, radio wiring or whatever you'd like. Just remember that they may turn on as soon as you start the car if they are hooked up without a switch.
