Do you have distributor ignition? I don't know engine litre size, I looked at 2.5L
Is the coil separate from distributor cap? if so, the coil may sit on the ignition module or connected to module.

How do I fix code P1374 ON THE 1996 Ciera?

It depends on the cause.
The computer is getting a false reference signal from the ignition control module. The problem could be the crank sensor, the ignition module, or one of the coils. Each component and the wiring would need to be tested.

I am wondering where the ignition control module is located on my 1991 Olds Cutlass Cruiser SL?

I will assume it is a 2.5 liter. The control module is bolted to the back of the block underneath the intake manifold. The assembly incorporates the crank sensor, module and coils. Just follow the spark plug wires and you will find it.

Where i the ignition module located ?

The ignition module is located under the coil packs on the v-6 engine.
That is where the spark plug wires go to the spark plugs . When you remove the coil packs ,the flat peice is themodule. When you remove the module , the crankshaft sensor is sometimes located there ,and that also should be changed

My Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera with the 2.5 will not stay running

What you should do when it stalls is check to see if your loosing spark at the plugs. If you are then you probably have a bad ignition module. It is located in the rear of the motor. The ignition coils are mounted on it.One other possibility is the pcm.It is located under the dash on the passengers side. You can get a used one at most salvage yards. You will need to get the number from the old pcm.You will also have to remove the old prom from the old pcm and install it in the one you get for replacement.Hope this helps.Good luck.

There is no adj for ignition timing on your car, it is control by your car computer, ignition control module, and reading from other sensor's like the knock sensor.

1992 olds ciera just shout off

Sounds like a ignition control module failure. Check for spark at a spark plug wire. No spark then suspect module failure. Good spark-- Suspect possible fuel delivery problem. If spark is good then fuel pump may have failed.
