Question about 2001 Honda Odyssey
The old studs can be hammered out and if you have room the new stud can be squeezed back into the hub and pulled through by using an old lug nut (flipped backward) on the treads and a air wrench.PUT A LARGER NUT between the wheel lug nut and the hub when pulling in the stud as some stud threads don't go all the way back to the hub.Look at the back of the hub and watch the stud pull in.When the back of the stud is flush with the hub,STOP.Do not over torque the stud.

Jason, im guessing you old ones are either broken or stripped. It will really depend on how long the bolts are.
You can take a punch and hammer, drive out the old ones. If the new ones aren't to long you can slip the new ones in from the back of the hub.
If you are able to slip them in, you can place one of the lug nuts on the stud ( backwards) and proceed to tighten the lug nut until the new bolt completely seats against the hub.
The reason you place the lug nuts backwards is so you don't damage the chamfer, tapered end of the lug nut.

Getting the old ones out is the main problem. If you have never worked on a hub before it is a bigger job than you may think.
