2008 ford f-350 passenger air bag flashes 1-7 code than stays on when truck is started. What does the code mean and can the code be reset without tearing air bag out of truck?

If a SRS fault exists, the RCM sends a message to instrument cluster module to flash a coded sequence which is called a lamp flash code (LFC) on the air bag warning indicator. Each LFC is flashed 3 times after which the air bag indictor will remain lit for the remainder of the key-on cycle. In addition to the self-test at start up, the RCM continuously monitors all of its external and internal circuitry for faults.
While the LFCs are an indication of a general concern in the supplemental restraint system (SRS), the DTCs are more specific. The DTCs can be retrieved from the RCM with a scan tool via the DLC.

What number is the fuse for front passenger power seat in 2005 grand Cherokee? Location is under the dash , but what # is it ? Size of fuse ?

Does your Jeep have memory seats ? Power seats have a circuit breaker not a fuse .One circuit breaker powers driver and passanger seat's . Did you look under the seat for unconnected wire's , anything blocking the seat . circuit breaker #2 20 amp . Check for battery voltage at the switch . Black with red stripe wire .

What are the things that hold the air bags on?

That depends on what size of ziploc bag you have purchased. They can hold either a quart, half gallon, gallon and two gallon. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kia rio 2008

Check under the seats that there are no items rolling around, like bottles etc, and check the cables that are under the seats, they can make a bad contact, putting on the warning lamp

How many guarts of 75/90 gear oil does a 1999 silverado 4x4 rear end take

this is going to depend on a bunch of variable, engine, ring gear size etc. Try this site, you can pick all your variables.
http://www.amsoil.com/mygarage/vehiclelookup.aspx

If you don't know what size ring gear my best recommendation would be buy 4-5 quarts and then return the full one(s) that you have left. I have a 2007 chevy 2500 hd with the duramax and I think mine took just a shade under 3 quarts.

Air bag sensor light keeps coming on even thought dealer has replaced it twice

One thing you can check, and that is to look under the driver and passenger front seats, there should be a few wires and connections, check that these connections are good, sometimes things like bottles etc that have been put on the floor can roll under the seat and disturb the connections or passengers in the rear can accidently kick the installation.
hope this helps
