My radiator fan runs right when I turn the ignition on in the morning. I had this problem was before and I corrected it when I changed out the computer module located in the passenger front wheel well....

if you have changed or added a chip to increase the horse power, or upgraded the system, yes you need to have that rest , if the battery gets low or dies, it will revert back to the default settings that were set up for that vehicle, If you take it to a ford dealer and show them what chip you have inserted , they can make the necessary adjustments

Heater & ac fan only runs at low speed no matter what the setting

You will need to replace the fan. It is located under the Pass dash tucked in the corner. Not to expensive and you could do it yourself I think there are (3) 6mm screws that hold it in place. Correct me if I'm wrong about the size. Good luck.

Heater/ a/c blower motor only works on low speed no matter what speed its set at

It is a blower resistor set. This resistor set regulates current which gives you the various fan speed settings. Depending on the vehicle it is located under the dash on either passenger or driver's side.

Heater switch to operate the fan inside the car

It's usually caused by a faulty fan speed control resistor. If you can follow the wires from your switch, they usually connect to this resistor and in turn the resistor is connected to the fan. I found my fan control resistor on my GM car inside the fan cavity. I removed the fan and located it inside the housing. This resistor gets very hot so it is placed close to the fan to cool it. Good luck.
