Above the passengers feet you will see the blower motor once you remove the trim panel.Follow the wires from the blower motor to the resistor. These resistors burn out frequently losing one or two fan blower speeds as they fail.Easy to change if you are flexible and cheap to buy. This is the cure if you have lost one or two speeds on your blower motor. If you have no fan at all put the fan speed selector on high and with the key on give the fan blower motor a good rap,if it does anything at all change it.The plug powering it must be in good shape so check it if you are changing the fan motor.

2002 Chevy venture ac heater fan keeps blowing while van is off

You probably have a bad switch, Disconnect the wires from the switch. If it stops, replace the switch. If it doesn't, stop, you might have a stuck relay, or a short somewhere.

I hawe 97 chevi venture cooling fans wont come on when carr iz runing

Either the fan motors are bad or the temp relay located on the top of the engin block may be bad and worse case is the computer may not be sending a signal. You can also check the two relays located in the fuse block under the hood.
