You need to replace the battery to start with. you cannot test the charging system with the battery the way it is or you will get a false reading. Once you replace the battery, you can then test your charging system to see if the alternator is causing the problem. If its charging more than 14.8 -15 volts, its too much and you will need to replace the alternator.

The rotten egg smell is a dead giveaway that your catalatic converter is bad. This could also be the cause of your misfirie condition. Take to your mechanic to have the converter replaced and this should correct your problem.

when you have fitted new battery i would advise you to check the alternator charge rate anything above 14.5 volts battery will over charge and will get hot this will damage it if it is over charging you will need a new alternator or a new voltage regulator fitting to your alternator

P0113 is air temp circuit high. The maf sensor (mass air flow) sensor just measures the amount of air entering the engine. The iat (intake air temp) sensor is the one that detects the temperature of the air.
Change that sensor, and the code should disappear. It is located in the intake manifold or air plenum.
