The first and last code are your start and stop so you can ignore them the P1130 and P1150 are your two front oxygen sensors( pre cats ) bank one and two. Depending on your millage it sounds like it is time for a little maintence. Normally they should be changed at or around 60,000 kms

P1130 Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
This sensor is the hardest to get at. It is between the cat and the cylinder block on the bank of cylinders closest to the firewall. Not much wiggle room back there.
Sensor will run you about $225 from Toyota, $275 from Lexus, but you may be able to get a Denso sensor on line.
Good luck and hope this helps. keep me posted.

Leave 02 sensor alone ,it is doing it's job . It is heated up because of lean fuel mixture due to incorrect engine temp.,replace thermostat before looking further.

SOURCE: I want to find locations
oxygen sensors are always in the exhaust system. If it has multiple sensors then there will be one in the exhaust manifold BEFORE the cat convertor and one after the convertor. They will be screwed into the exhaust and will have a wiring harness attached to it. For your car probably 4 wires
