Im in process of a statutory declaration regarding a train fine

Write a letter back explaining that you never got a fine notification three years ago and due to the length of time you require the exact details of the offence.
You will have a difficult time fighting this if you can't remember the details and did not keep written records of it.

Recommend that you try contacting a legal aid service in your country as a starting point or a public transport users association in your country for advice on what to do.

I want to acknowledge that I have some idea on how annoyed you must feel I am still annoyed from being unfairly entrapped by my experience in 1995

Back in 1995 the State Government decided to do cost cutting so you were allowed at the time in 1995 when your train station was unmanned to buy a ticket at the destination station,
On my particular day in 1995 I was in a hurry and the train was in the station I did not see that my train station was manned although it has only ever been manned for the one day of the year that there happened to be train inspectors on the train. So I had no excuse as the station was manned.
So I paid the fine - I regret I did not contest this fine

Check engine line comes on sporadically. Diagnostic code is OEM

OEM simply means Original Equipment Manufacturer. That is not the actual code.

The code has to start with:
P for Powertrain
B for Body
C for chassis
U for future systems

The second letter is:
0 for Government required codes
1 for additional extra OEM codes
3 for additional supplementary OEM codes

The 3rd letter is:
1 for fuel/air mixture
2 additional fuel/air mixture
3 ignition
4 emissions
5 idle regulation
6 computer
7 transmission
8 additional tranmission
9 control module

The 4th and 5th give the final information about the system the previous pinpoint.

So you have to give us all 5 letters before we can interpret the information.

A good place to start is to see what codes are stored on the computer using an obd-II scanner. Many engine and transmission codes are possible, so this will narrow down the possibilities from several hundred down to a few possible problems with the vehicle.

Try autozone or advance auto parts to see if they will scan it for free.

How can i get the radio code for my car

Retrieve Unlock Codes for Radio and Navigation Devices

Retrieving Your Code:
You can retrieve your code using this website by providing identity verification and vehicle information in a few simple steps.

Information You Will Need (click in the right link):
* Vehicle VIN Number (Vehicle Identification Number)
Every automobile has a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) that contains information about that vehicle. You can find your 17-digit VIN:
  1. At the base of your vehicle's windshield, on the driver's side
  2. On your vehicle's registration
  3. On your insurance statement or proof-of-insurance card
  4. On your Honda Financial Services statement
  5. On new owner surveys or customer satisfaction surveys sent by American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
Valid VIN numbers use the letters A-Z and numbers 0-9, except for the letters I, O, and Q. If the VIN is not working properly, check to see if letters and numbers have been accidentally inverted. Make sure the letter O was not entered in place of the number 0. Also, make sure the correct number of characters has been entered.

* Phone Number and Zip Code matching those on file
For security purposes, we verify ownership by comparing the phone number, zip code, and VIN you enter with those we have on file. Unless you have updated these values through Customer Services, the phone number and zip code will be those on file at the time the vehicle was purchased.

* Device Serial Number

There are several places to find your device's serial number:

The Radio/Navigation Code and the device unit's serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. The card is usually placed in the glove box at the time of delivery.

You can retrieve your code using this website during the following hours:
* Monday to Friday 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
* 4:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturdays PST
* 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST on Sundays.

Just check and send the roght onformation in THIS LINK: Radio Navicode

Remember that this its one unique secure code, anybody could sell you in Internte.

I'm looking for air adjustable rear shock absorbers for my 1999 Yukon. I was looking at rms parts for an ac Delco and it was asking me about the body letter for my car. How do I find out which body I have

The 5th, 6th, and 7th digit of the VIN are the Chassis type, Truck Series, and Body type respectively. For instance, if the 5th digit is a "K" then it is a 4wd, if it is a "C" then it is a 2wd. You would need to know which of these three digits they are looking for but I would suspect it's the 5th or 6th digit.
